Delivery & Returns
We carefully produce and ship all orders from the United Kingdom.
Production Time
Each print and greeting card is made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
UK Shipping
Shipping within mainland UK is free.
Remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may include additional delivery fees.
International Shipping Rates
We currently ship internationally to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders under £20: £15
- Orders between £20 and £49.99: £20
- Orders over £50: £25
All international shipments are securely packaged and include tracking.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
We do not currently ship to European Union countries due to VAT and customs regulations.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure that every order arrives safely:
- Greeting cards and prints up to A3 format are shipped flat in rigid cardboard envelopes.
- A2 and larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy protective tubes.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Holiday Dispatch Schedule
During peak periods such as Christmas, we follow a seasonal dispatch plan.
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but please understand that we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has left our hands.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition and protective packaging.
Please note that signed and numbered limited edition prints are considered custom-made and may not be eligible for return.
